Shipping

WE PAY YOUR SHIPPING for order of 6 bottles or more. Orders of 3-5/btl is $15 Shipping. This shipping is ground.
MINIMUM ORDER OS 3 BOTTLES
 Faster delivery is always available at a cost to you.  In some instances, state law regulates product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill order requests. We will always contact the customer in this case.
AT TIME OF ORDERING, IF INCORRECT SHIPPING COST IS CHOSEN, WE WILL CORRECT AND SHIP OUT THE ORDER ONCE ACCEPTED
All wines, spirits and liqueurs are not registered in all states. If there are restrictions on the order you have placed, as wines- we will contact you within 24 hours. After that we reserve the right to substitute based on price. Your order should be processed within 24 hours of being taken, if all accepted.  We will charged you only when your wine ships out! With weather, we use our descreation on what may be too hot or too cold.  We may delay shipping so as to not compromise the integrity of the wine.

3-Tier states - Shipping may take 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS(M-F) days as these states have restrictions on our shipping into the state. AZ,FL,IN,MA,MI,NJ,NY Orders are entered usually within 24 business hours M-F. Your credit card will only be charged when wine ships. You will then get another e-mail indicating carrier wine will be delivered by, tracking information as well as the invoice for your records. You will see the cost for shipping on this invoice, this is PAID BY US- we do show it to let you know what your savings was.

Adult Signature Required Because wine is alcohol, we must ship adult signature required. This is an extra cost that is paid by us, and the carriers are aware of all packaging sent this way. The carrier will leave a notice if you were not home. We pay extra for this required service; it is the carrier’s desecration.  If wine is left, call the carrier directly.  Most carriers will attempt 3 times, and then return the delivery to us- then there WILL BE A RE-STOCKING FEE of 25%.  Your best bet is to call the carrier and set up a delivery time, or a time you can pick up the package at their facility.

Out of stock items Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, we will email you.  After 24 hours, we will make a substitution based on price, then taste, or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Please just e mail us if you need to cancel an order before it ships.  If you cancel after the wine has left, there will be a re-stocking fee of 25%.  Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

Credit card refunds We will process refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Return policy We stand behind the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Service at customerservice@drinkbetterwine.com. Feel free to call Debra at 224-795-7866. We will send a call tag and we will cover the cost of this, however there will be a restocking fee. Cancelled ( after call or e-mail AFTER 24 hours) and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Following the wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk. Gift Baskets, wine openers, and vinum corkers cannot be returned once opened.
