(free S/H* 19/btl) Fresh and floral white wine with a touch of toasted wood and vanilla nuances. A full bodies wine with a slick palate and a long full finish. 100% Macabeo was harvested at night to protect the fragile grape from bursting. In the winery, the wine was fermented for 3 weeks in new oak barrels and then remained on its fine lees for 5 weeks with daily stirring.
