It is a truly delicious, full-bodied wine with deep aromas of black cherry and well-rounded flavor structure of pepper and oak. An Italian Blockbuster. A gorgeous Super Tuscan from the estate of Tenuta Torciano and Winemaker Pierluigi Giachi and Enologist Signore Capelli. The Il Cavaliere was divided into tank, large casks and small barriques of oak and chestnut, which allowed the winemakers to customize the final blends for different styles.
