credentials. This Montmains from Laurent Tribut, a small producer, has notes of lime and mineral evoking thoughts
of ammonites and wafts of sea spray over barnacle-encrusted rocks. On the palate citrus, thick, some spice,
seems heavy without the normal acidity backbone but will certainly be interesting in 2 years time.
Needs to be
aged.
