After vinification this wine spent six months in stainless steel tanks, six months in American and French oak and another six months maturing in the bottle before being released for sale. The winemaker Alessandro Gallici has created a garnet red wine with medium intensity and a elegant nose of spices, cinnamon, red pepper and cloves. With its delicate oak, balanced tannins and long finish, this is very versatile wine and it will pair excellently with chicken, beef or lamb dishes. The winemaker is confident that this wine will age nicely for the next 5-7 years. 14% alcohol
