Cellar Selection Merryvale "Starmont" Sauvignon Blanc - This Starmont selection (a blend of 87% Sauvignon Blanc and 13% Semillon) has the typical ripe melon, grassy nose and refreshing acidity of Sauvignon Blanc plus Semillon's fat richness to round out the edges. 100% of this juice was fermented in French oak making it a "Fume Blanc" style wine that is typically found in the French Loire region.
Cellar Selection Merryvale - Carneros "Reserve" Chardonnay - This Chardonnay to be similar to the 1999 vintage - fat and oaky, more vanillin than wood, but with more youthful exuberance! It is a big wine with a round, long finish. Let this wine breath for an hour before drinking for optimal results!
