$39(no S/H)"Three Bridges" Reserve Durif sports an inky black color with a juicy plum and blackberry nose. Rich and full bodied with dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut oak and a long, fine-grained tannin finish. Westend Estate has risen to its award-winning status with wines such as this limited release, Estate Reserve "Three Bridges" Durif. Nearly impossible to find in the U.S., a portion of this wine has been made available to us from their Riverina winery located in New South Wales. Selected from their highest quality vines, winery owner Bill Calabria and winemaker Bryan Currie hand harvested these grapes and then aged them for 24 months in all new American oak barriques. Bottled unfiltered. Decanting is suggested.
