Crafted by the winemaker Matt Praetzle, this Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits intriguing aromas of blackberry, black pepper, and cedar. Matt used top quality Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa and Sonoma valleys. By carefully adding small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot to the blend, the result is a wine that shows a lovely balance of fruit, acidity and silky tannins making for wine that will drink well now, and over the next 8-10 years. This Cabernet Sauvignon will pair fantastically with hearty meat dishes like a well marbled grilled steak.
